Impact Flacco hasn't yielded the kind of returns during starts Week 9 and 10 that he did earlier this season, completing 42 of 62 passes for 451 yards, two touchdowns and four interceptions while losing two fumbles in back-to-back losses to the Vikings and Bills. Nevertheless, the Colts will continue to roll with the veteran signal-caller versus second-year pro Anthony Richardson under center for the time being. There's no telling how long this arrangement will stay in place, but the team may need to fall out of playoff contention for a change to be made under center.

Impact The rookie set new career highs in receptions and receiving yards while also setting the pace in catches on the day for the Colts. Mitchell's target total was also the second highest of his young career, with the fact Michael Pittman (back) was inactive undoubtedly helping the second-round pick's cause. Mitchell should continue to see a progressively larger role through the second half of the season, although his outlook is arguably brighter with the more accurate Joe Flacco under center as opposed to the more erratic Anthony Richardson.

Impact Pierce recorded a team-high yardage total and checked in second in targets, an extension of a resurgent season for the third-year pro. Pierce also tallied his career-high fourth touchdown of the campaign on a 10-yard pass from Joe Flacco with two seconds remaining, a score that still carried plenty of meaning for fantasy managers. Impact It was a mixed bag of a day for Downs, who led the Colts in receptions and targets while checking in second in receiving yards. The second-year wideout also recovered an Adonai Mitchell fumble to keep the ball for the Colts, but he dropped a would-be touchdown late in the first quarter that would have erased a 10-3 deficit. Downs does have much better chemistry with Joe Flacco than Anthony Richardson at the moment, but it remains to be seen if the latter will be getting another shot at the starting job in a Week 11 road matchup against the Jets with Flacco having struggled during his last two starts.

Impact Flacco's day could have hardly started in more worrisome fashion, as he tossed a pick-six on the Colts' first play from scrimmage and then closed out Indianapolis' second possession with a second interception in Bills' territory. Flacco was able to partly atone from a fantasy perspective with a two-yard touchdown pass to Tyler Goodson and a 10-yard scoring toss to Alec Pierce with only two seconds remaining, but the latter was preceded by a lost fumble and a third interception that both unfolded on Buffalo's side of the field as well. Flacco hasn't been very effective from a real-world football perspective during his current two-game starting stint, raising the possibility Anthony Richardson returns to the starting role in a Week 11 road matchup against the Jets.

Jonathan Taylor - Over 100 total yards in loss Taylor rushed 21 times for 114 yards and secured two of four targets for eight yards in the Colts' 30-20 loss to the Bills on Sunday.
Impact Taylor was the only Colts running back to log a carry and helped his final total significantly with a 58-yard run in the latter portion of the first quarter. Taylor exceeded 100 yards on the ground for the second time in the last three games and fourth time overall on the season, and he now has multiple receptions in three of the past four contests as well. Taylor should remain very busy in a Week 11 road matchup against an inconsistent Jets run defense.
